Founders & Advisors

JACKIE RAMSEY,
CO-FOUNDER

JENNIFER ENSLIN,
CO-FOUNDER

JEFF ENSLIN,
CFO

Jackie was the last of her friends to get her period right before her thirteenth birthday and can remember feeling excited that it had finally arrived. The youngest of two girls, she skipped pads and began using tampons immediately.

Jackie has spent the majority of the last two decades in media and advertising before recently pivoting her skills to the financial sector. Her experience across marketing, sales, business development and client success give her a unique perspective as an entrepreneur. Prior to that, she was a professional actress and singer.

She is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre. She was recently accepted into Chief and sits on the board of The Author Experience, an organization dedicated to the transformative power of storytelling.

Along with her beautiful daughter, she resides in Manhattan with her husband, dog and two cats.

Jennifer got her period at age 12 and remembers her mom giving her bulky pads from her own bathroom, which she used with great discomfort until she finally figured out how to use a tampon.

Prior to becoming a co-founder, Jennifer spent 13 years in the financial services industry, first heading up marketing and investor relations at two different fund managers, and then as a recruiter, helping various hedge funds source talent.

She graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in History and received an MBA and a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University. Jennifer lives with her husband, and two children in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

Jeff has never had a period, but as a husband and now the CFO of Girl Factor, he has become an expert on acne, absorbency and applicators. Frustrated by too many late night runs to the store on behalf of his wife, he knew he needed to be a part of making puberty better for this next generation.

Jeff spent 23 years as a global macro/EM portfolio manager and Senior Partner at Caxton Associates LP, a leading macro focused hedge fund. In 2018, he left his role and became a full-time angel investor, building a diversified portfolio of over 50 private investments. Jeff takes an active role with many of these founders to assist them with advice, introductions and mentorship as they build out their companies.

Jeff received a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University, and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Since 2010, he has served on the Investment Committees at Lehigh University ($1.4B+ Endowment) and the Peddie School (Advisory Trustee & Former Chair of IC - $370M+ Endowment).
